My Kar Konnect is a free concierge service that helps you find the right vehicle and the right dealership based on your needs. We guide you to a dealership that can actually help you, saving you time and frustration.

Do you sell cars?

No. We don’t sell vehicles and we don’t represent any single dealership. We simply connect you with the dealership that best fits your situation.

Do you finance vehicles?

No. We don’t provide financing. All approvals, financing offers, and documents come directly from the dealership you’re matched with.

Do you run my credit?

No. We never run your credit. We also don’t collect personal documents. Any credit check or paperwork required will only be done by the dealership.

How do you know which dealership is right for me?

Our Konnector reviews your responses to a short questionnaire. Based on your situation, vehicle request, and goals, we match you with a dealership we know can help you. After 30 years in the auto industry, we know exactly which places work best for each customer type.

What kinds of situations can you help with?

We help everyone, including:

Is your service really free?

Yes. My Kar Konnect is completely free. You never pay us for anything.

Will you ask me for personal documents?

No. We don’t collect paystubs, bank statements, IDs, or Social Security numbers. That information is handled only by the dealership you choose.

How long does the matching process take?

Most customers receive their dealership match the same day. In some cases, it may take a little longer if you have a very specific vehicle request.

What if I have multiple repos or credit challenges?

We can still help. We work with dealerships experienced in helping customers rebuild through responsible vehicle purchases. Many have access to programs designed for tough situations.

Do you help with luxury or exotic cars?

Yes. We work with high-line and exotic dealerships as well. Whether you want a daily driver or a dream car, we Konnect you to the right place.

Do you accept trade-ins?

We don’t personally take trades, but we guide you to dealerships that do. They will handle all trade-in appraisals and payoff information directly.

Can I sell my car through you?

We don’t buy vehicles, but we connect you with dealerships and partners who purchase cars outright, even if you’re not buying anything.

Do any of your dealerships ship nationwide?

Yes. Many of our partners offer nationwide shipping and remote purchase options.

What is a Konnector?

A Konnector is a trained member of the Konnect Team who works with you personally. They review your questionnaire, match you with the right dealership, and guide you from start to finish.

What do I do once you match me with a dealership?

You’ll receive the dealership’s information along with what to expect. Once you arrive, they already know your situation, your goals, and the type of vehicle you’re looking for. They take it from there.
